Birthday Page!

Hello there! While it snows off and on all day, I will be catching up on pages and posts.

Here is a page I made this morning using sketch # 194 from Sketch N Scrap:

The added challenge was to use circles, dots or polka dots.
I used a circle patterned paper and I guess my balloons are kinda circle-y...lol
