Playing with Bo Bunny!

I love all of Bo Bunny's products and sometimes it's just too hard to use them!  The papers are just too pretty to cut up!  But...since my "collection" has started to grow and take up too much room, I have decided to suck it up and make something out of it.
My favorite this year has been Kitchen Spice.  The colors in this set are just so much fun!  Finding just the right pictures has been the hardest part.  Everything in this set goes so well together, it just takes the right picture to make it all come together.
I still have LOTS of pictures from our last Disney Cruise.  I grabbed a stack from one of our wonderful dinners with all of our friends.  They just love seeing these pictures put together.  We are currently in the planning stages of our next cruise.  We made so many wonderful friends and we have all kept in touch.  I can't wait to see them again!
Here is my layout based on a Bo Bunny sketch from Rita Shimniok.  I loved this sketch because I could use lots of pictures.  I think I cleaned out my Bo Bunny buttons too!
TFL!!

Scrapping along....

WOOHOO!!  I am having an awesome day!  I'm sitting here watching a marathon of The Office, scrapping my little heart out.

This postcard has been sitting around my desk for a while and I loved looking at it all the time.  To me it just seems to sum up everything about my dream vacation.  The sun, the sand, the ship and of course, Mickey and Minnie!

Sketch #105 from Creative Scrappers was perfect and I am so happy for the inspiration!  This is going to be the first page of our cruise album....the first of about 300!  lol

Creative Scrappers #104....

LOVE this sketch!  I knew the pictures I wanted to use the moment I saw this sketch.  The background papers WAS solid white.  I used some Aqua Glimmer Mist on the whole page.  I also used some Shimmer on the circle punch outs.  The glitter swirls are from Jolee's.  I bought them the minute I saw them, not knowing what I was going to use them for, but they were way too pretty to pass up.
I am really happy with the way this turned out.  I just wish my camera did it justice.  The shimmer and sparkle are really cool!  TFL!!

A Great Scrapping Weekend!!

Ya gotta love long weekends with beautiful weather, a clean house, stacks of pictures and LOTS of scrapping goodies!  I did some major retail therapy this week and I am fully prepared to work on some awesome pages and make some progress on our vacation albums.
I am currently working on some great sketches from Creative Scrappers.  Love the sketches and it really gets me motivated.  I really want to finish up our Disney cruise books from a year ago.  We had a great bon voyage party, spent 3 days in Disney World and then did a 4 day Disney Cruise.  I printed out tons of pictures and wanted to put the highlights in 8x8 albums.  So, that is my goal this weekend...GIT 'r DUN!!

Here is my take on sketch #103:

More to come later today....1 sketch down....3 to go....

Button, button...

.who's got the button???   Oh wait.... I DO!!  It's on my layout!!  Love the sketch challenge on Let's Scrap and decided to use lots of buttons to help make the colors POP.
Over at Stuck on U Sketches the challenge was to use buttons.  I think I may have overdone it...

Scrap with a song week 4

This week's challenge was to use the lyrics from Cyndi Lauper's song "True Colors".  I have TONS of these pictures from our trip to the Arboretum, so everytime I think of colors, I always turn to this stack.
I chose to use the title from the song as the title for my page.

The leaves are from Michael's and the letters are from Colorbok.
Very simple page, but I wanted to make sure the pictures were showcased.  I love Fall!
Thanks for looking!
