All Aboard for Good Times

Happy Tuesday!!  What a great day to have nothing to do but play!

Here is my take on CSI Challenge Case # 276:

Of course, once I saw this color scheme, I thought of Disney right away.
I used quite a bit of washi tape on my background.
Other clues from the case were:
stripes
clouds
string
die cuts

I also used sketch # 366 from Sketches in Thyme to get started:

Off to work on another case while I still have daylight!

Visiting Epcot

Good morning!  It's a beautiful day today and I needed to sneak in a page before we started tackling the house with Spring cleaning.

I used the Zodiac stack from DCWV, a star punch from Creative Memories and my little Mickey punch.

Here is the sketch from Sketches in Thyme #365 that got me started:

Bangers and Mash

Happy Tuesday!!  It's not often that I am able to post during the week, but here I am with a completed page!

I usually don't have a lot to work with for the St. Patrick's Day / Go Green challenges.
I totally forgot about these pictures taken at the Food and Wine Festival at the Ireland booth.

So happy that I was able to play along with the sketch and moodboard challenge from Scrap Our Stash.

As you can see, I had to flip the whole sketch in order to make my pictures work.
I used some chipboard circles from Creative Embellishments, along with a set of St. Patrick's Day embellishments.

I was also inspired by the Irish Inspiration board from Lasting Memories.

As much as I love St. Patrick's Day, I must remember to take more pictures!!

The Winning Pair

While playing along with a CSI Case Challenge # 277, I ran across these old papers from Rusty Pickle.

This color scheme works with the Challenge Yourself theme this month at Challenge  Yourself - black and white with red.

I added some metal rimmed tags, hidden Mickey's and a pair of fuzzy dice.

Here is the challenge from CSI:

I also used from the clues:
older paper with the matching color palette
bingo card
metallic accents

For starters, I used the left for the Pick a Side challenge from

Pandora Flora

Happy Scrapping sunday!!

Here is a 2-page layout that I finally finished up for today.

I don't normally do 2-page layouts, but I didn't want to stretch these pictures out too much.
My favorite part has to be the succulent flowers that I bought online.
These are so pretty and were perfect for Pandora.

Here is the sketch I used from Stick It Down:

Wild Ride

One of my favorite rides in the Magic Kingdom is the Jungle Cruise.  Usually the line is so long, we almost always end up riding it after the sun has gone down.  Which makes taking good pictures almost impossible.

Here is one of the rare occasions where we were able to ride during the day:

The background paper is from BoBunny.  I love this set of safari stickers also from BoBunny.
I added some leaves and a few hidden Mickeys.

Here is the sketch that got me started, from Sketches in Thyme:

Toe Tappin' Fun

MORE pictures of the Dancing Country Bears!  It was such a rare opportunity seeing them, I took gazillions of pictures.

I added some bandana print ribbon, more elements from Kellybells and a few buttons.

Here is the sketch I used from Sketches in Thyme:

Howdy Folks!

Still working on the batch of Country Bear pictures!
Love these guys!

I've been using up more bits and pieces from the October Afternoon collection - Sasparilla.
The titles, wheel and musical instrument are from Kellybells.
I found the sunflower and denim flowers at Michaels.

Here is the sketch I used from Sketch N Scrap # 172:

Jamboree Fun!

We were lucky enough to see all of the Country Bears doing their dance outside in Frontierland!

For this page, I used a few scraps of patterned paper to piece together the background.
The red ribbon was also from some scraps.
The Mickey heads are all cut from the Denim stack from DCWV.
All other elements are stickers from Recollections.

The sketch I used is new this month from Let's Get Sketchy:

Our Lucky Day

These rainbow photos were taken the day after Hurricane Irma.

I could not believe how lucky we were to see a rainbow in Disney! This will be journaled about on other pages - of course, I had to take zillions of pictures!

I grabbed these photos from the stash to play along with the "rainbow" challenge from Use Your Stuff.

The title on the triangle chipboard pieces idea came from the challenge at Lasting Memories. The rainbows and pam trees brought the whole tropical feeling together.

I fussy cut the flowers from some DCWV papers. And the flamingo paper came from the Simple Stories "You are Here" collection.

I have some hidden Mickey's all over the page too.

I worked with the Jumpstart sketch from the Scraproom Blog.

Animal Kingdom

Good morning!  I'm liking the fact that Sunday's are my best day to scrap....but not liking the fact that Sunday's are my ONLY day to scrap....

Here is my morning page:

I used lots of BoBunny scraps.  As a last minute addition, I slipped in the guide map behind my picture.  I've been having a hard time remembering to add some ephemera to my pages.  I save so much of it!

I used this sketch from Rochelle to get me started:

Going to try to sneak in 1-2 more pages before everyone wakes up!
