Let's Play Ball!!

This is one of 100's of baseball pictures from our trip to Cooperstown:

This was quite the challenge from Scrap Our Stash.

This was my starting point for my page - What's My Challenge Recipe:

My 4 different embellishments are:

stickers
rub ons
buttons
washi tape

Off to sort through more baseball stuff!

Cheerleaders!!

For opening ceremonies at Cooperstown, we had big Fatheads pictures of our boys printed up so we could show who we were supporting from our spot up on the hill.
Here are some of the pictures from that moment...

We had so much fun and we were LOUD!!!

Here is the sketch I used - #426 from Sketches in Thyme:

Jazz Band

I'm still finding many band and music pictures that I had printed!
I can't help that I always have so much fun scrapping them.

Here are a few more pictures from another Jazz Band performance at the High School:

Many more bits of scraps, and I used up some random stickers.

I used this sketch from Sketches in Thyme #425:

Apples and Fun

One of our favorite things to do every year is go apple picking.
We haven't been able to go for the last two years because the weather has destroyed crops.
Every year, we keep our fingers crossed and it never works out.
These pictures are from about 4 years ago:

I used some older scraps and a lot of ink on the edges.
The big circles are some Big Brads that have been in the stash forever.

I used this sketch challenge from Scrap Our Stash- the added challenge was to use metal.
This is where the metal brads came into play.  Here is the original challenge.

Beauty

I am loving all our pictures from Niagara Falls.
Here are a couple more I worked on...

I used challenge # 502 from Lasting Memories - to use 5 different patterned papers.  This made me pull out the many pads of 6x6 papers and finally use a lot of them!

The view

We have been to Cedar Point amusement park twice and have stayed at the same hotel on the beach.
The view is so cool - even though it's still obstructed by a screen to prevent hazards from the balconies.

I used up LOTS of scraps for this page.
It's a total mix and match of miscellaneous papers, Echo Park chipboard, buttons, enamel dots...

Here is the sketch that I started with from The Studio Challenges:

Off to bed now!

So Much Fun!!

I played with a challenge from CSI this month and used this color scheme:

I love how these colors work together!  I want to get more of this!

I added some bits of enamel dots here and there.

This worked for the "confetti" challenge from Lasting Memories.

I also need to stock up on more enamel dots...

Hello...

I love finding the random pictures from our vacation.  Nothing to do with the actual trip or location, but just fun, candid shots.
Okay, this one wasn't so candid, but it was such a random moment.

I used the collection called So Happy Together from Simple Stories.

Just for fun, I also had a Tic Tac Toe from the game board from Stacy:

I had hearts, ;layered embellishments and one word title.

Have a wonderful day!!

Just GO!

Gotta love when you run into Tuesday Morning just for a quick visit and walk out with 2 bags and $77 poorer.!!

I found these fun card kits and even though I am not a card maker, I use the embellishments and papers on my layouts now and then.

I found this kit with this "Just Go" journaling card.
The colors stuck with me because I had these road trip pictures on my board to work on next.

I used this sketch by Rochelle to finish off my project:

I think this was the last of the road trip pictures too!

More Travel

Happy Tuesday evening!
I managed to get a page done tonight - completing my daily goal for June.

Still working on my travel pages.  We don't normally take road trips, so I had to make sure I captured as much of it as I could.

I played Bingo to complete this page.
Here is the Bingo board from Lasting Memories that was my inspiration:

I started at the bottom left corner:
Use a sketch
Stickers
Free Space
Flower
2 photos

The sketch I used is from Sketches in Thyme # 423:

maybe I can get one more done tonight...

Wanderlust

Hey there!  They had to close our factory today due to civil unrest.  So I guess I will spend the unexpected day off sitting at my desk scrapping.

Still plowing thru our road tripping pictures.
I used up a bunch of goodies from a Bo Bunny kit called Detour.
This kit has been sitting in the stash for a very long time.
So glad we were able to take a nice, long road trip!

I used this sketch from Sketch N Scrap #202:

Off to work on more!
