Magical Memories

 I wish this stupid sinus infection would just go away for good!!  UGH!!!

It's taking me forever to get it together to finish up a page.  I'm usually knocking them out left and right.  Now 1 page takes me days!  UGH!!!

The new challenge from Lasting Memories was to use the letters "F", "M" or "S" and 3 different patterned papers.

I used an older Disney kit and my CM hexagon punch.

I used this title a few times in my Disney albums, because well,  it's a Magical title!

Off to take more meds and go to bed!

Havin' a Ball

 It's Hump Day! Halfway thru the week!!  

I am almost over this stupid sinus infection and starting to feel better.

One thing that always make me feel better is scrapping....and scrapping Disney pictures is the perfect remedy for all that ails me.

Here is fun page from Epcot:

I used some stencil butter to create the pattern on the bottom half of the page.

The papers are all metallics from DCWV.

I added a few sequins and rhinestone flowers to the fabric flowers and the background.

My favorite embellishment are the Mickey head shakers from Scraps and Ink.

It's Your Day

I have the laundry going, lunch is made and I have a few hours to work on some pages.

I used a prompt from Lasting Memories this time.

The prompt was to use a Birthday theme, 3 patterned papers, tags and numbers.

I used this fun collection from Simple Stories - Magical Birthday.

One Fine Day

 Happy mid-week!!  Finally carved out a few minutes here and there to put this fun page together

A new challenge at Lasting Memories was to have some fun with layering.

I layered my patterned papers.

The doilies are layered by size and then the doilies were layered with different stickers and appliqués.

Tusker House

 What a beautiful Labor Day holiday so far!  The sun is just starting to come up and the temps are not bad right now...yet...

I'm up too early to finish up this page I had a bit of a struggle with.  

This week's challenge from Lasting Memories #666 was to try paper weaving.  I've done this before but it has been so long, I had no clue what I was doing!  lol!

Let's just say I have a goal on how many pages I wanted to get done yesterday and due to many mistakes, that didn't happen...lol.

Oh well, I still had fun!

I used a few 12x12 sheets that I cut down into 1 inch strips

Please disregard the inconsistencies....lol

 Good morning!  Today is my "catch up" day!  I have some organizing and cleaning up to do so I can spend more time at my desk.
