International Gateway

I was inspired to do a "travel" page by another challenge from CSI Challenges;

I love this big Mickey globe!  The perfect element!
For the travel theme, I also added a little car, plane and cloud puffy sticker  from my new set from Simple Stories.

Here are the case file clues:

I also used this fun sketch from Sketches in Thyme:

I was able to use a bit of Disney scraps.

Prettiest flower is....

Good morning!!  So happy to have a long weekend to work on pictures!

Here is my first page for today.

I started out with this sketch from Stick it Down:

I just happen to have these pics of the flowers and such around Disney.  I usually get up at a ridiculously early hour and walk around while it's quiet.  I catch the sunrise and watch the animals running around.
This challenge from CSI Challenges # 280 was my second inspriation.
Flowers, flowers and flowers!

I used lots of flowers from the stash and added a couple of butterflies.  And to keep in the spirit of Disney, I added a few hidden Mickeys.

Here is the case file from CSI:

Pixie Dusted

Happy Friday!!!  I'm trying to sneak in a bit of scrapping before our baseball tournament today.

Here is what I put together using a sketch from Sketch N Scrap:

I used a bit of ink under the photo.  The vines and leaves were in the stash.  It was the last bit I had and I know I'm going to be on the hunt for more.
The Tinkerbell stickers have been around for years!

Here is the original sketch:

Time to get ready for baseball!!

Just Goofin' Around

Good morning!!!  It's another crazy weather day today.  We had a couple of days in the 70's and today....snow!!!!

The hubby and kids were camping with the scouts this weekend and came home early due to the weather.  While I love having them home, I'm also going to miss my quiet scrapping time!

Here is my page for this morning:

I hand cut my star and then outlined it with black marker.  It took a steady hand (and a handy ruler) to make sure my lines were straight.
I was trying to match the colors in the background of the picture.  When I was searching for a title piece, I found this Goofy title and was so excited!  The colors were perfect!  And I had the perfect "Goofy" sticker to go with it!

Here is the sketch from Let's Get Sketchy that inspired me:

Off to watch the snowstorm...ugh!!

7 Dwarfs Mine Train

One of my favorite rides ever at the Magic Kingdom is hands down - The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train!!  I could ( and have!!) ride this one over and over again!!

Here are a few of the ride pics we got on our Photopass:

I drive my kids crazy when I sing HI HO at the top of my lungs...LOL!!

Adding all the random bling was so fun!   And also reminded me of how much bling I have in my stash...which may or may not be a good thing...

I came up with this page using sketch #174 from Sketch N Scrap:

I have so many pictures from this ride,  now I have to figure out how to out-do this page...

So maybe having tons of bling isn't a bad thing.

Good Times at Graumans

Happy Sunday!!  It's a scout camping weekend, so I'm ready to rock and roll and scrap!!

Here is a page I put together for the CSI Case challenge # 279:

Below are the case clues:

Some of the clues I used other than the color scheme are:
dots
hearts
string
cursive fonts

I used this fun sketch from Rochelle to start out my page:

Again, one of my favorite parts is using up lots of old stash and scraps!
