I Love my Cat!!

Happiness is having not one but TWO kitties to cuddle every day!

Even if they don't want to....lol

Here is a perfect example of my kitty not wanting to cuddle but at least she posed for the camera...or I just got lucky with my camera...lol

Finally having kitties after almost 20 years without, was the greatest things ever!
So happy to have them in my life!

I used some 6x8 patterned papers and my Creative Memories heart punch.  For an added touch, I used my cat paw stamp and some buttons.

Lucky in Life

Good morning!  It's cold and rainy here, so I'm going to stay inside and scrap all day!

Here is a page I did for a new challenge from Lasting Memories - this week we want you to create a layout and add a flower to it in some way.

I have quite the collection of goodies from 49 and Market.  So as soon as I hear flowers, I automatically pull out the huge box of flowers packets.  So glad to have inspiration to the use them!

The title is made from chipboard letters and Nuvo Drops.

How do you measure up to a Bear....

 ...or your younger siblings??

A fun trip to the zoo ending up with lots of jokes about the height difference between all three of my kids.
From the oldest being the shortest to the youngest being the tallest.
And Jessica in the middle, happy to be in the middle!

I really wish that the zoo collections would add more bears.
I see a lot of elephants in the kits, but most of the zoos do not have elephants anymore.

I found the smaller set of stickers from Jolee's that featured bears.
I used a flower punch and buttons to dress up the page a bit.

I focused on the bears for the first challenge for this month from Lasting Memories -
LM #640 - March 3rd is World Wildlife Day - create a layout and add an animal to it in some way.

And I was able to knock out some pictures from our zoo trip.

Game Night

I have REALLY been digging into the scraps lately and clearing out some old stuff.

Rochelle's sketch this month for the Scrappy Friends challenge was perfect for this.

I dug through all the football scraps - a result of buying waaayyy too much too.

Here is what I made with my scraps

I used 2 different colors of ink on my background paper.
I started with just the green and didn't like the way it looked so I had to add the brown.

Magic

I had so much fun putting this page together!

I used lots of scraps - some I had to re-cut due to my angles pointing in the wrong direction...lol.
I added some washi tape in between some of the triangles.
The flowers were all punched from 6x6 paper pads.
I added some buttons and brads to the centers of each flower.
I found a few chipboard stickers to add here and there.
And while I was digging through the stash, I found some puffy sticker arrows with fun sayings on them.

My inspiration to work on this project came from this month's Tic Tac Toe challenge from Scrap With Stacy:

I went down the left side:
chipboard (stickers)
washi (in between the triangles)
arrows (puffy stickers with sayings)

My first page for March and I am so happy with it!
