The Winning Pair

While playing along with a CSI Case Challenge # 277, I ran across these old papers from Rusty Pickle.

This color scheme works with the Challenge Yourself theme this month at Challenge  Yourself - black and white with red.

I added some metal rimmed tags, hidden Mickey's and a pair of fuzzy dice.

Here is the challenge from CSI:


I also used from the clues:
older paper with the matching color palette
bingo card
metallic accents

For starters, I used the left for the Pick a Side challenge from
