 While my daughter is away at college, I have to rely (nag) her to send me pictures of her to work with.

Here are a couple of cute pictures of her and her friends at a sorority event:

I played Tic Tac Toe with Scrappy Friends and Stacy's board:

I went down the middle with butterflies, circles and flowers.

I used a giant doily I found for Valentine's Day for my background element.

Loving these blue and white daisies so much!

Kellybell Designs - Where Dreams Come True

Hello!! 

I usually don't manage to find time to post in the middle of the week, but I am too excited!

I will be joining the Creative Team at Kellybell Designs as a Hybrid / Paper Layout Artist!!

Kellybell Designs creates the most amazing and fun digital kits for anything you can think of Disney related.

And if they don't have it, send them a message and they will create it!

I have been a huge fan for a few years now.

The thing is, I am not a digital scrapper.

I print the images out in color and then binge watch shows on Netflix while I cut them out by hand.

The images are very clear cut, so it's really quick and easy.

I have been doing this for years and it's so fun!

Here is a kit I used called "Magic of the Mouse":

Even the papers can be printed and cut down to size.

All of these images - and them some - are all from the same kit.

Here is what I created using my hand cut pieces:

I added some enamel dots around the cutouts.

I am so excited to be creating with a great team!

Lasting Memories # 589 - Use Those Trims!

 Happy Sunday!  It's another day of scrapping and creating!

It's also time for another challenge from Lasting Memories - #589 - Use Those Trims!

I really searched through everything to find just the right pieces for this page.

I used some lace, sheer ribbon and paper trims.

Trims are yet another item that I always forget to use, or I just use one piece.

This challenge made me look around even more to find out what else I could use.

I really like the mixing and matching part of these challenges.

Lasting Memories # 588 - Use those Stickers!

 I am so happy to be a Guest Designer at Lasting Memories this month!  Every week, there is a new and fun challenge to boost your inspiration and creativity!

This week, the challenge is # 588 - to Use Those Stickers!

For this page, I used lots of different stickers.

It's kinda fun finding all the different types while digging through the stash.

I used paper stickers, plastic, vellum and chipboard stickers.

I don't think I ever realized how many different formats stickers come in.

I guess it's a good thing to look through the stash once in a while!

Easter Hop

Happy to have finished up this page before the end of the day.

This is a mix of papers, ribbon, chipboard, buttons, brads and stickers.

It's so fun to find all these goodies in the stash!

Dream Big

 Scrapping Valentine's pages has always been hard for me.  We don't do much for the holiday and I always forget to get some pictures of just us that day.

So my project for today was to scrap these adorable pictures of my daughter using a "valentine" theme:

I added a heart doily behind my title, some hearts that I punched out, ribbon, washi tape, lace and brads.

I also used my hexagon punch on some patterned paper.

The sketch I used was #587 from Lasting Memories:

I flipped the sketch to work with my photos.

I'm glad I was inspired to break out my punches for this page.

I always seem to neglect them.

Fiesta Time

It's always a fun time when we head out to a family dinner!

Here we are having a Mexican Feast for my daughter's birthday:

I love how this all came together

I added some trim and a bunch of enamel dots.

All of these stickers have been in the stash for so long!

It's about time I found a use for them!
