It's so hard to get good pictures of your kids coming down the water slides!

Here is a big splash - with one of my kids in the

I pulled out all of my pictures from our trip to Typhoon Lagoon.  Since it's still around 100 degrees outside and most of our time will be spent in the pool, I thought summer/swimming/water pics were appropriate to work on.

Scrap our Stash is having a 500 days of Summer challenge.  So I chose a good subject to work on this weekend!  We had to make sure we added a sun somewhere on our page:

Here is the sketch from Sketch N Scrap #156:

I used a few pieces of 6x6 patterned papers.
The alligator and title were handcut from a digital kits from Kellybells Designs.
My "hidden" Mickey's aren't so hidden in this

  2. Great job using the sketch! All of your elements are so fun, love the alligator, palm trees & the bright sun shining down on the whole page! Thanks for joining us at Sketch N Scrap!

  3. Sometimes hidden Mickey's are unexpected when they are right in front of your eyes!!! Terrific alligator. Love your placement. The "Welcome" cluster is my fave part. Palm trees and wave are subtle, but effective. So very pleased you played along with us at Sketch N Scrap! Your participation is much appreciated!
