Trip Planning pages

 Good morning!  I finally finished this 2 page layout featuring some of our trip planning.

I used a mix of 2 different digital kits from Kellybell Designs - Trip Planning Titles and Where the Magic Happens.

After fussy cutting all of the elements, I added some Nuvo Drops, Washi tape, buttons and pop dots.

a REAL Countdown!

 One of the best days ever is finally booking a long awaited trip to Disney!

I used the Where the Magic Happens collection from Kellybells.

I fussy cut all the elements and even printed out the patterned papers.

I used a "scrunching" method on some of the flowers to give them dimension.

For the other flowers and the balloons, I added pop dots, twine and some small shakers.

This collection is perfect for all of the castle pictures too!

I love these die cut pieces I had from a long time ago - the cattails, frog and turtle are so cute!

I used a quick stitch on the outside of the circles.

I'm not a big time stitcher, so quick  and simple is my best...lol

The Big Blue World

 What a week!  I am so glad things are finally coming together, getting fixed and getting back to normal around here.

I did a lot of work in the kitchen now that the plumbing is fixed, so I deserved some time to work on a page tonight.

I downloaded a great collection from Kellybell Designs - The Big Blue World.  Once I guesstimated the sized I needed for the images, I had them all printed and ready to go.

Next, I started watching an older season (10) of Married at First Sight.  I have no idea why??  But it is entertaining while I fussy cut all of my images.

Then I brought out my paper glue, pop dots, Stickles, and acrylic bubbles to put my whole page together:

This was so fun to work on!

I love the bright colors and the easy images to cut out by hand.

 I finished a 2 pager this morning!  I usually struggle with them but since I had so many pics from this day trip, I figured I would give it a go;

I used my scraps to cut out some random triangles for this week's challenge at Lasting Memories

I also used a Bazzill border piece that I cut in half to get the triangle shapes.
